Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga Practice

Engage in a daily asana practice that combines traditional Hatha Yoga, classical Ashtanga Yoga, and creative Vinyasa Flowas part of our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This integrated approach helps develop proper alignment, strength, flexibility, stamina, and breath awareness while encouraging mindful movement. 

Pranayama & Meditation

Engage in daily breathwork and meditation to balance prana and quiet the mind, essential practices for anyone pursuing a 100 hour yoga course. Explore techniques such as Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Ujjayi, and Bhramari, along with breath awareness meditation, mantra meditation, and Trataka and silence practices.

Pranayama & Meditation

Explore traditional yoga philosophy as part of our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training to support conscious practice and clear teaching. This module introduces how yoga philosophy fits into daily life through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the paths of action, devotion, and awareness from the Bhagavad Gita, and key ideas such as Pancha Kosha, Prana, Nadis, and Chakras.
